TERM & CONDITION

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people, additional charge of IDR 70,000 nett/pax/day
2. Except: Executive Suite for 4 people, Premiere Suite for 6 people,
3. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
4. Return Airport Transfer (Airport-Hotel-Airport)
5. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of IDR 225,000 nett/pax/day

CANCELLATION :

During Low Season

 1. No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than 10 days prior to arrival, 1 (one) night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service charge will be applied.

 
2. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 24 hours of arrival or in the event of no show

 
During High & Peak Season ( from 20th December to 5th January)
1. A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less than 30 days of arrival.

Please note that cancellation notice should be made in writing

Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation

 
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number & code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than the reservation made
